Christmas was pretty good this year. Simple, but good. I got K a portable DVD player, a nano and Pirates 2. The theme here was travel comforts so when she goes up to Illinois in January to visit the parentals she has stuff to keep occupied with to and from. I got some nice clothes (which i get to wear next week once we are off casual clothes at work) and some Seattle related gear. A magazine subscription, a calendar and a travel guide. Yes, we want to visit Seattle soon. From the parents and in-laws some nice gift certs which will all go to clothes so i don’t look like a bum.
Went to a few holiday parties this year which were really nice. Got to meet a few of K’s coworkers which all seem like nice peeps.
Now i am stuck at work during the worst part of the year – the time when everyone is off. It is pretty boring, i can’t lie. I find solice in visiting YouTube though so i guess that is something.
Don’t really know what the future holds for 07. 06 wasn’t half bad so i wouldn’t mind a repeat of that.
